New HAIR!!

Check it out! I got my hair color touched up - and more highlights put in.  My stylist has always wanted to straighten it for me, so I let her. Whaddaya think? 

I really like it - but I might not wear it like this all the time. I've gotten some great compliments on it, though. So I'm thinking I might work out some way to do it without the iron. Don't wanna burn it up, summer's coming and it's gonna get burned enough as it is.

I love it!

I straighten my hair without a flatiron. I use straightening cream (I think it's L'Oreal) and a big paddle brush and a blowdryer.

Yeah, I'm thinking I can do that, too. Trouble is, my hands get numb if I do too much blowdrying, etc. I'm going to Ohio this weekend, and yohimberedhead is like the best hairdresser EVAH. She's gonna help me figure out how to do it easy.

I have a 2100 watt mega dryer from Sally's. And Yeah, it KILLS my arms so it gets done like once every other month or so.

The product stuff really helps. OH, and towel drying your hair with papertowels first. Sounds wierd but gets way more water out and cuts down on dryer time.

Thanks honey. I've thought about totally red, but I'm not sure I want to do the damage to my hair that would require. It would need too much lifting to get it to that shade. But the highlights are giving me that 'firey' look that Brent so admires makes me feel all summery - and I'll probably get even more highlights next time. Who knows?
