My history with chili is confusing, so I didn't know how to answer your questions. My mother made broth-y, overly vegetable-ed, Weight Watchers chili with ground turkey. *shudder* As an adult, I make my own chili with ground beef, beans, and veggies - green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and diced tomatoes. I like it thick and hearty and served with cheese on top. NOM NOM NOM.
