Memememe!

I was actually tagged by Brother beldar  and that happens so infrequently that I could not resist.  I was just thinking about these things this morning anyway. 

The rules are easy, just post 6 things that recently made you happy! Then tag 6 people and force ask them to post this meme on their LJs. Because it is good. Everyone needs a little happiness once in a while.

1.  The smell of decaying leaves and fresh rain bring me great delight.  I wondered this morning as I noticed if that was perhaps where my darker side comes from.  I adore spring, but the scent of fall is also one of my favorites. 

2.  Scarlett's bus driver called this morning, he's found her purse and will return it to her on her ride home this afternoon. I'm glad, although it likely means she'll miss her school dance.  That's the way it goes - when you leave your purse on the bus you get consequences. 

3.  Mitzi cuddled with me this morning.  She doesn't often, and her little claws digging into my chest as she purred made me very happy. 

4.  I slept an extra hour this morning before my doctor's appointment.  Feel wonderful as a result. 

5.  I have a slight buzz from my antidepressants and some caffeine. 

6.  Had a GREAT lunch with Leigh, I really enjoy just hanging out with her.  She's so smart, and we have so much in common.  I hope she can make some sense of the financial paperwork I gave her.
