Gotta go back to Brents.
Air is back on here at my house. It's nice, but I don't really have time to straighten up right now. And it DESPERATELY needs it.
I'm not going to give my landlord more than $300 for rent this month. Brent wants me to keep it all but I don't feel that's fair. The landlord actually came into my apartment last night while I wasn't home to see if the air was back on. He did try to call me, but I didn't hear the phone, we'd gone out to eat. He left my back porch light on, and turned off my fan. It kinda pissed me off because the place is such a goddamned mess, PLUS I don't know how many cats he saw. We have no lease agreement, but I never told him I have two now.
Anyway, went to the grocery store, spent about $100. Bought stuff for Brent's and stuff for here. I buy stuff for his house because I like to eat, and want to have what I like when I'm there. I got a lot of meat, which I put in the freezer in bags along with marinade for each item. I think it will help their flavor when I thaw them out because I didn't buy the best cuts. I got quite a few pork bones and scraps out of my chops, which I am saving for bean soup this winter. I love bean soup. I also love feeling like Suzy Homemaker. I cooked a few scraps for the girls, too. I got something called mock tender steaks, and I don't know what they are, but they don't sound promising. They do however look pretty damned good. So I'm gonna look them up and figure out how to cook them.
Okay, I'm going to give the girls some gushy food, and then pack some clothes and get outta here. Hope ya'll like the video I posted one entry back.
