popfiend put in my head this afternoon.....

Not that I MIND, mind you!  I adore this song, always have. It takes a special kind of person to appreciate the talent of Marilyn Monroe on a level above her breasts.  She had an awesome comic timing and a beautiful sense of the ridiculous and sublime. 

I get chills when she says "Talk to me Harry Winston! Tell me all about it!"

And then I get goosebumps when she sings "but stiff legs or stiff knees, you'll stand straight at Tiiiiff-neyyyys....(oooh-oooh)"

Gotta love her!  Cause I say so. lol
