SSRIs are the biggest offenders, I think, but I've also had the problem with an SNRI. Is it your dominant hand? If it were just my non-dominant hand, for me, I'd probably live with it rather than change what works. But with me, it's usually my dominant hand or my eyelid - which is the single most annoying feeling in the world.

Actually, come to think of it, I think certain antidepressant meds can cause mild cognitive stuff too. You might ask your doctor about that too!
