D'ya ever feel like you're waiting for something?  I do.  Almost every month I get this feeling during PMS that I'm waiting for my life to start.  Here's how it feels.  Say to yourself "Just a few more months, and then..."  You feel that anticipation that starts to swell?  That's the beginning of it, but it's exacerbated because I have no ENDING to that sentence.  I've been waiting for this "whatever" for years upon years.

Along that same vein, I had this thought a couple days ago:  "How much longer am I going to have to buy these damned groceries?"  The frustration was overwhelming, it almost had me in tears.  Now I look back and of course have to say "What the fuck?" Because groceries? Um. Hello? All your life??   Damn.

But it's like that. Almost EVERY SINGLE FUCKING MONTH.   Waiting for some unidentifiable something that has been "on it's way" since I was, I dunno, maybe 12? Or 17?  Try and imagine the level of frustration that's built up inside me.  Go ahead.  Try.

Nope.  Try harder.

Oh forget it.  I'm waiting for my "ship" to come in, at a port that's been paved over for 15 years.

Be your own damn valentine.

In other news food...  What the hell?  http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070228/ap_on_re_eu/britain_charles

It strikes me as remarkably strange that the United Arab Emirates has the world's second-highest number of diabetes cases per capita. What the hell are they doing over there?  I can easily imagine that the US has the worlds highest per-capita number of cases, but we eat like out-of-control gluttonous fiends.  (in general - don't anybody take that personally now)  I know diabetes is not caused by dietary behaviors, but it just seems to me like most countries in the UAE area tend to eat a more healthy diet. I know the UAE is very wealthy. I wonder how that affects this issue?

Apart from that, geez McDonalds. Charlie was just making a joke, you know. Sounds like they have more of a stick up their arse than the Prince does.

I know most everyone on my friends list. Know probably 80%+ of you by parent-given first name, and some I've met in person.

Hell, [profile] writerofdreams spent the night at my house before she was old enough to drive.

I have even had some sort of off-LJ contact with most people on my "also friend of" list.  There are a few obscure folks, but probably 10% or less are people I haven't had some interaction with at least on LJ.

There are, however, TWO OF YOU.  Two of you who have added me with no comment to me, no self-identification of any sort.

I have been hit by trolls enough times that I have two IP tracking accounts, and I know how to find out about you when you don't want to be known.

And I DON'T LIKE IT when people add me without identifying themselves.

That's right. I'm bitchy.  And I don't play well with unidentified others. So if you're
~aprivateperson,  or ~frost_firewolf, Consider this your warning.

I'm watching you.
